If you are not dieing for Reel Fantasy Sports to come out after this pitch then I have no words for you.  Ok, to be fair, if you have interest in the show watching the pilot might be a better indication of its quality than my ramblings.

The pilot episode for Reel Fantasy Sports is finished!  It is an enormous file, we will figure out how to compress better shortly (I hope).

Just wanted to give a little recognition to my Mom for being amazing:

  Nikola Filby, Associate Director, Western Regional Educational Laboratory (San Francisco), for her contribution to quality R&D and innovation. Reel Fantasy Sports

    I will be putting together an ongoing video blog about fantasy sports to be shown on Reelblogs.com.  Reelblogs is a video blog network being put together by a high school friend of mine at Yale and a couple other friends.  There are already two shows, both fiction and quite funny, available at the site.  My fantasy show is one of five or six others that are currently in the works.  The goal is for the website to support the whole team of us by the time we are all out of school.

    The fantasy sports show will involve two episodes a week of advice and news about fantasy sports.  The site will also include written columns that come out daily, and a tool to apply our statistical method of evaluating players' fantasy value.  Another key component will be a forum, where users can not only comment on the material we produce and other issues, but also upload their own videos onto site.  Look for it all in the coming months!  And catch the first episode of season two of BathTubYoga.  Though BTY is my favorite, you should also check out Help My Patients, I am particularly fond of Howie.

I pray that no one who reaches this blog has failed to watch Trapped in the Closet by R Kelly.  In case you have, there is still time:

I am not sure whether R Kelly is a genius or slightly retarded.  As the chapters go on I am leaning towards Genius.  Of course, he could never let anyone find out.  The show would not be nearly as funny if I couldn't harbor some hope that he actually thinks like that in real life.  I mean, I can imagine that R Kelly's life might have similar situations--perhaps with less Barretta scenes--but could it be that he really talks like that?  One can only hope.

Well, my first post! Theoretically there should be a picture of me too, I am the one on the right. The left is the only half-decent drawing I did in my art class last term. For the record my eyes are not normally red, my contacts must have been bothering me that day...
